We’re hiring an AI Developer Trainee 🚀
We are launching our first Trainees Program and looking for motivated, curious, and growth-oriented individuals who want to begin their career in AI and software development.
This role is designed as a learning experience first. We do not expect you to take on complex projects right away. We are looking for someone who wants to build strong foundations, understand how AI and software projects are developed in practice, and grow within a structured and supportive environment.
The goal is to progressively gain hands-on experience, understand how different parts of the company work together, and discover where you can contribute most effectively as you develop.

We’re looking for someone who:
- Is currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Has basic programming knowledge (fundamentals; no prior professional experience required).
- Is willing to learn, ask questions, and grow through feedback and mentorship.
- Demonstrates strong learning agility and increasing autonomy when solving problems.
- Shows technical curiosity and genuine motivation to develop within the AI/software industry.
- Has strong communication skills and enjoys working in a team environment.
- Is adaptable and embraces a growth mindset.
- Has an intermediate to advanced level of English.
Program Details
- Working hours: 6 hours per day.
- Work modality: Hybrid, with higher on-site presence during the initial training period to foster integration and hands-on learning.
