About the Role
We’re looking for a Sr. AI Engineer to join our team. This role involves designing and delivering production-grade AI solutions, requiring solid engineering experience, strong technical judgment, and excellent communication skills. It’s an opportunity to take ownership of high-impact AI work while collaborating with international clients!
What You'll Do
- Design, build, and maintain AI solutions with a focus on reliability, scalability, and output quality
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented Python code
- Define evaluation and testing processes to measure and improve the performance of AI systems
- Compare and assess different AI models, balancing quality, consistency, and cost
- Communicate effectively with clients, translating technical findings into clear recommendations
- Collaborate with team members and contribute to technical decisions and best practices
- Stay up to date with emerging AI technologies and bring new ideas to the team
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of professional experience in software development, including hands-on work with AI solutions in production
- Strong programming fundamentals and problem-solving abilities
- Advanced proficiency in Python and experience working with APIs
- Experience with generative AI models and evaluating their outputs
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of complex problems
- Collaborative mindset and team-oriented approach
Nice to Have
- Experience with image generation models
- Understanding of evaluation tools and tracing for AI systems
- Knowledge of responsible AI practices, including content safety and IP considerations
- Familiarity with AI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex)
- Experience with vector databases (Qdrant, Chroma, etc.) and RAG pipelines
- Experience with agent-based systems
