Things you will be doing:
Job Posting: Create and manage job postings on LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.
Job Description Writing: Craft clear, engaging, and accurate job descriptions that attract top talent.
Recruitment Management: Track candidate status, manage templates, and maintain organized hiring processes.
Candidate Engagement: Source, contact, and screen potential candidates to ensure alignment with role requirements.
Interview Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring seamless communication between candidates and interviewers.
Team Coordination: Maintain effective communication with team members to align on profiles, deadlines, and recruitment priorities.
We’re looking for someone who:
Has a high school diploma or equivalent.
Is a current student or recent graduate (preferred).
Is proficient in English.
Has basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or similar productivity tools.
Is familiar with recruitment software tools (a plus).
Has previous experience in a similar role (valued but not required).
Soft Skills:
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Detail-oriented and methodical approach to tasks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proactive problem-solving mindset with a focus on achieving results.
Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
