About the Role
Pento is looking for a Senior Business Developer professional to grow our commercial presence and pipeline, defining target segments, building pipeline, and opening strategic accounts.
What You'll Do
- Identify target industries and buyer profiles where Pento has a competitive advantage
- Build and execute outbound strategies to generate qualified pipeline
- Open strategic accounts through relationship-driven outreach and your own network
- Develop partnerships and referral channels
- Represent Pento at industry events and key communities
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years in Business Development or a related commercial role
- Proven ability to open new accounts from scratch
- Strong outbound skills, comfortable reaching CTOs, founders, and CEOs
- Excellent communication skills in English
Nice to Have
- Deep knowledge of either the US or LATAM market, with an existing network in that tech ecosystem
- Experience in the tech industry
- Domain depth in a specific vertical (marketing, ops, supply chain, finance, etc.) that translates into credibility with buyers in that space

US: Fully remote
LATAM: Hybrid, with occasional travel as needed
